The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the wide variety of options available. The location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops and bars. The service at the hotel was really good, with friendly staff.
The floorboards in my room were loose. This made every movement in the room quite noisy. I mentioned it to reception and hope they address it. The water temperature in the shower could have been better. It was not very comfortable given the cold weather outside.

i stayed in the motel section and found it lovely and clean. the staff was very nice and accommodating. the front door had a coffee machine so i could help myself to a drink. breakfast the next morning was very generous and delicious. portions were huge and cooked fresh to order, not a buffet.

The staff were excellent. They were so helpful. breakfast was really delicious, i enjoyed it a lot! some members of my group got sick. the hotel cancelled a room on short notice, very kind.
the outside area of the hotel wasn't very appealing. the reception area seemed unwelcoming. it was very dark and did not have anywhere to sit.
